On the morning of 6 September, the conference on "Freshman Enrolment Education, namely, Academic Ethics and Academic Norms Education " for graduate students of grade 2020, hosted by our college, was held in Conference Room 1. Vice Secretary Luo Chunli, Vice President Zhao Yanfeng, and teacher representatives, Professor Liu Hui attended. The conference was chaired by the director of Xiulu Yao, and 68 full-time graduate students in 2020 received entrance education.
In the speech, Luo Chunli first congratulated and welcomed the freshmen of Grade 20 who were admitted to our college, and then introduced and emphasized the main contents of the ideological and political education and student management of graduate students in schools and colleges, encouraging freshmen to actively adapt to the new environment and grasp the precious three-year study time. Zhao Yanfeng, starting from the role of graduate students, taught freshmen to change their thinking, from passive input to active learning, read more, think more, and reminded students to do a good job of academic planning. Xiuluyao makes a detailed and comprehensive introduction to the 20th grade students on the development of the college, the subject setting of the college, the training scheme of graduate students, the daily management of students, and the safety precautions, so as to facilitate freshmen to familiarize themselves with the new learning and living environment. In lecture on“academic morality and academic norms,”Liu Hui took“dreams,” “responsibilities,” “rules,”and so on as the title to explain the academic norms and academic taboos in the process of studying and studying for freshmen, and encouraged everyone to care for the seeds of dreams in their hearts and buckle the first button of academic research.
